Page checks and pasted HTML

When you enter a URL, our server requests that page from its public web server. The destination can see our server IP, request path and audit user agent. We do not forward your IP, browser cookies or login credentials to the destination.

When you paste HTML, that HTML and the accompanying page URL are sent to this server to calculate the report. The application processes page source and report data in memory and does not intentionally write them to a database or save them as files. Please do not submit passwords, credentials, personal information or confidential content.

Technical logs and abuse prevention

The hosting provider may retain access and error logs, including IP addresses, timestamps and request details under its own retention settings. The application maintains rate counters containing hashed IP identifiers and time buckets in protected temporary storage. Client entries expire by the next UTC hour and are removed on a subsequent request; a last-used state file can remain until hosting maintenance deletes it. No page content is stored in these counters.

Browser storage and exports

The application does not use account cookies, local storage or a remote analytics service. Your current report remains in browser memory until you leave or reload. Downloaded reports are saved to your device by your browser. Google advertising can use separate cookies and storage.

Google advertising

This site includes Google AdSense scripts for the publisher accounts configured by the operator. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure and personalize ads according to the applicable consent settings. Loading those scripts can disclose your IP and browser information to Google.

Learn about Google advertising technologies, Google’s privacy policy and ad personalization controls. Browser settings can also limit cookies. Where required, the site operator must configure an appropriate consent platform before enabling ads.
